Can I get rewards for Whatnot purchases?

As of 11/3/23, we will no longer be rewarding loyalty points for Whatnot spending.

Can I still redeem loyalty points earned for Whatnot spending?

Yes, you can redeem your existing rewards points on the website. no new rewards points are earned for Whatnot spending as of 11/3/23.

Can I get rewards for Whatnot purchases?

As of 11/3/23, we will no longer be rewarding loyalty points for Whatnot spending.

Are there spending minimums for rewards redemptions?

Yes, the spending minimums are as follows:

  • $15 reward - $45 spend minimum
  • $25 reward - $75 spend minimum
  • $50 reward - $150 spend minimum
  • $100 reward - $300 spend minimum
  • $250 reward - $750 spend minimum

What should I do if I'm missing rewards points?

If you believe you are missing rewards points for online purchases or social follows/SMS signup, contact us at info@goingtwice.com. Include your account email address and a description of what points you are missing.

Note: the deadline for addressing missing Whatnot rewards has expired.

Why didn't I get my birthday points?

If your birthday is within 30 days of adding your birthday information to your rewards account, there is an automatic 30 day delay before the points are rewarded to your account.

I entered my birthday incorrectly, how do I change it?

Contact us at info@goingtwice.com with your account email address and correct birthday information.

Can I use more than one rewards coupon at a time?

No, you are only able to enter 1 discount code at checkout so the reward redemption codes can only be used 1 per order and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Do rewards points expire?

Yes, points are good for one year after they are awarded and must be redeemed during that timeframe.

The Going Twice Loyalty/Rewards program is subject to change or cancellation at any time including but not limited to changes to the following: redemption methods and rules, point multipliers, loyalty tiers and benefits, items offered for redemption, point earning rules.
