How do I get rewards for Whatnot purchases?

First make sure your Whatnot username is accurately added to your Going Twice account by logging in on goingtwice.com, click "Edit account", verify or add your Whatnot username (do not include @ symbol), and save. Make a purchase on any Going Twice Whatnot channel and receive rewards for every dollar spent! If you are adding a Whatnot username to your account profile after account creation, please send an email to info@goingtwice.com.

What is my Whatnot username associated with my rewards account?

Log into your account on goingtwice.com and click "Edit account" to see your current account information. If you make any changes, be sure to save and let us know if you have changed your Whatnot username.

What if my Whatnot username changes?

Log into your account on goingtwice.com, click "Edit account", update your Whatnot username (do not include @ symbol), and save. Send an email to info@goingtwice.com letting us know that you have changed your Whatnot username.

Can I use more than 1 Whatnot username?

No, you may only earn points on 1 Whatnot username.

I made a purchase with Going Twice on Whatnot, how soon will I see my rewards?

It may take several days up to a week for points to appear in your rewards account.

I just signed up for loyalty, how soon can I earn points for purchases on Whatnot?

Your loyalty account may take up to 24 hours to show up in our system. Once there, you will begin earning points for your Going Twice purchases.

Can I receive points for previous purchases from Going Twice on Whatnot?

No, points will be awarded from the approximate date of Loyalty enrollment and cannot pre-date that.

What should I do if I'm missing rewards points?

If you believe you are missing rewards points for online purchases, social follows/SMS signup, or from Going Twice Whatnot purchases, contact us either through the Help button on goingtwice.com or at info@goingtwice.com. Include your account email address, Whatnot username, and a description of what points you are missing.

Why didn't I get my birthday points?

If your birthday is within 30 days of adding your birthday information to your rewards account, there is an automatic 30 day delay before the points are rewarded to your account.

I entered my birthday incorrectly, how do I change it?

Contact us either through the Help button on goingtwice.com or at info@goingtwice.com with your account email address and correct birthday information.

Can I use more than one reward at a time?

No, you are only able to enter 1 discount code at checkout so reward redemption codes can only be used 1 per order and cannot be combined with other discounts.
